The role
On-site assessments of damaged properties to accurately define scope and required work.
Develop detailed estimates for repairs and full rebuilds using standard estimation tools.
Communicate clearly with property owners, adjusters, and project managers to set expectations and timelines.
Collaborate with insurers to process change orders and supplements, ensuring profitability.
Manage schedules, track metrics, and ensure service levels align with company goals.
Participate in on-call rotations and community events while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement.
