The role
Lead HR-focused business analysis and project management from current-state assessments to future-state design, process automation, and testing.
Drive programs across multiple stakeholders, manage schedules, milestones, risks, and the adoption of standard PM and BA practices.
Oversee project portfolio prioritization, support business and technical architecture development, and facilitate cross-team collaboration with engineering.
Manage Workday HCM initiatives and familiarity with core HR functions such as compensation and performance management in buy-side finance or fintech settings.
Create comprehensive documentation (functional requirements, meeting notes, trackers) and translate business needs into clear specifications.
Demonstrate strong communication, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
