The role
Deliver expert legal guidance on complex commercial transactions, new business models, and growth initiatives in the energy sector.
Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, product launches, and market entry while managing regulatory and commercial risks.
Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of diverse agreements, including collaborations, supply and distribution deals, and EV service arrangements.
Develop and maintain adaptable template agreements and playbooks to scale with evolving business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Engineering to Marketing to ensure legal compliance and smooth customer experiences.
Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders and build trusted relationships across the organization.
