The role
Lead analytics for assortment coverage, identify white-space opportunities, and measure SKU productivity and lifecycle performance across categories.
Deliver clear, data-driven insights in written and verbal form to influence executive decision-making.
Build vendor health reports and models to evaluate vendor performance.
Collaborate with Category Managers, Finance, and cross-functional teams to inform joint business planning and negotiations with data-driven insights.
Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to build scalable data products and dashboards, including AI-enabled insights agents.
Mentor analysts and elevate analytical rigor across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Pricing Analytics while navigating ambiguity to drive category growth.
