Sales Executive Learning
The role focuses on growing revenue from learning solutions across the UK by managing existing accounts and developing new opportunities. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from discovery and solution shaping to pricing, contracting, and negotiating terms, including responding to tenders and RFPs. You will develop a deep understanding of client business needs and capability gaps to identify the most impactful learning interventions and craft tailored proposals. You will build and sustain strong client relationships, expand footprint through effective account management, and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver high-impact learning solutions. You will implement rigorous sales processes to improve win rates, manage bid responses, and ensure timely delivery of proposals. You will also contribute to people leadership within the learning solutions team and promote an inclusive, flexible work culture.
