The role
Conduct data analysis for LIVE-related metrics, including watching experience, creator ecosystem, and agency dynamics to inform product decisions.
Design and maintain a metrics framework to measure product health, track core metrics, and diagnose root causes of movements.
Perform rigorous scientific evaluation using statistical methods, including A/B testing and causal inference.
Identify growth opportunities through data analytics and partner with PMs, MLEs, and R&D to deliver product and strategy improvements.
Advance data science theories, improve analysis efficiency, and develop data-product tools to support live content experiences.
Requirements include pursuing a PhD, SQL, Python or R, strong analytical and causal reasoning, and a passion for product challenges.
