The role
Deliver high-quality inpatient rehabilitation services as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist within a collaborative care team.
Implement and adjust treatment plans, perform skilled interventions, and document patient progress to reflect routine outcome measures.
Ensure accurate billing and timely paperwork while managing time effectively according to productivity standards.
Educate patients and families, assist with goal setting, and contribute to discharge planning and community outreach as appropriate.
Provide supervision in accordance with state, federal, and professional standards and participate in ongoing professional development.
Demonstrate compassionate, patient-centered care and strive to advance evidence-based practice through teamwork and initiative.
