The role
Lead the analysis, design, and testing of complex electrical systems for space and defense vehicle programs.
Own requirements decomposition, design reviews, and comprehensive test programs to verify performance.
Drive troubleshooting, failure investigations, and root-cause analysis across subsystems.
Mentor engineers, perform senior peer reviews, and collaborate with multiple IPTs and manufacturing.
Analyze data to identify trends, characterize off-nominal behavior, and assess risk and safety implications.
U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance required; travel up to 10% and potential relocation assistance.
