The role
Lead the full cycle from idea to production-ready insight for inventory health within the Supply Chain Management domain.
Ideate and develop pragmatic heuristics for forecast correction, OOS attribution, and excess inventory flagging.
Build rapid POCs and dashboards, including a Root Cause Analysis dashboard to attribute OOS events to causes like 'Supplier Delay' or 'Under-forecasting'.
Partner with Demand Planning and Engineering to productionalize validated solutions and integrate them into core inventory planning systems.
Own key KPIs such as Out-of-Stock rates and Sell-Through, explaining the 'why' behind the numbers.
Mentor and elevate the team, establishing best practices for sustainable, reproducible analyses and clear data storytelling.
