The role
Lead the structuring and negotiation of M&A, joint ventures, partnerships, and other corporate transactions, including drafting term sheets and definitive documents.
Drive global expansion efforts by scoping jurisdictions, advising on risks and forming new subsidiaries or branches outside the U.S.
Advise on global corporate governance, equity compensation, and related legal issues across multiple jurisdictions.
Prepare statutory filings and governance documentation, including board and shareholder materials for non-U.S. entities.
Collaborate with business leaders, Finance, People Operations, and other teams to shepherd complex deals to execution and address cross-functional legal issues.
Operate with autonomy, prioritize scalable systems, and communicate clearly with high-trust stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
