Rapidly develop new features, iterate based on evaluation results, and ensure high-quality production deployments.
Collaborate with researchers and product managers to translate research advances into tangible product features.
Own architecture and end-to-end product development from 0 to 1, while mentoring engineers and building a high-performing team.
Optimize software performance, reliability, and ML infrastructure; establish best practices for building and deploying generative AI applications.
Partner with PMs to qualify and size new opportunities and deliver customer-facing AI solutions.
