仕事内容
Plan, schedule, and generate construction cost estimates for interior, structural, mechanical, and electrical projects.
Develop timelines and cost targets to contain estimates within approved budgets.
Attend bid meetings and perform site visits to understand site conditions, logistics, materials, and subcontractor expectations.
Prepare accurate bids from start to finish, including itemized quantities as needed for review.
Collaborate with designated staff to ensure estimates reflect project realities and competitive market conditions.
Leverage MS Office (MS Project preferred) and knowledge of standard contract documents to support cost management and bid quality.
