As a member of the corporate controllership team, the Sr. Financial Analyst supports centralized accounting functions and compliance activities.
Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations for corporate ledgers using Plex ERP and prepare journal entries for close.
Reconcile bank accounts and other balances (AP/AR, intercompany) to ensure accuracy.
Develop timely financial reporting and analysis for multiple plants and support budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
Ensure internal control compliance and collaborate with external auditors; contribute to policy development and process improvements.
Demonstrate thought leadership in process improvements and system enhancements to streamline reporting and analytics.
