Sell payroll, HR, and benefits solutions to small businesses (1-49 employees) through bank referrals.
Meet unit and revenue targets by presenting solutions in person to decision makers and end users within the assigned territory.
Schedule and visit bank branches to secure referrals and educate partners on the value of the partnership.
Analyze customer needs to determine appropriate solutions and route to the correct team when needed.
Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction; complete accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reporting.
Collaborate with other sales teams on a team-selling approach for referrals over 49 employees to grow revenue.
