La posizione
The IT Field Support Specialist role involves providing first and second line in-person support at West Burton, managing IT incidents and service requests following ITIL best practices. The role requires monitoring network performance and supporting telecoms, Microsoft Office applications, and video conferencing tools. Additionally, the specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and supports project initiatives. Candidates should have an HNC in Computing or equivalent experience, with strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, and office software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position. The role is full-time with onsite working, supporting the organisation's mission for clean energy.
