The Senior Account Manager manages and expands relationships with high-value Pro customers, including contractors and builders, to drive sales growth.
Conducts regular jobsite consultations, on-site visits, and attends trade shows to strengthen relationships and gather market insights.
Delivers customized product recommendations and service solutions to maximize satisfaction and meet strategic business goals.
Applies consultative selling techniques, cold calling, market research, and lead follow-up to grow the customer base and identify opportunities.
Develops customer-specific sales plans using CRM data and collaborates with district and regional teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and merchandising alignment.
Maintains 10+ planned customer visits per week, tracks performance, and reports feedback to internal stakeholders; travel is frequent and work is field-based.
