La posizione
The role involves providing outstanding customer service by handling enquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues via phone, email, and web chat. The successful candidate will communicate effectively in English, demonstrating clarity and cultural awareness. They will support administrative tasks to enhance service efficiency and meet performance targets such as CSAT and TPH. The position requires a friendly, engaging manner, flexibility in shift availability including weekends, and prior customer service experience is advantageous. Candidates should be proficient with PCs and various systems. Full training is provided on full-time hours from 7 to 18 September 2026.
