The specialist maintains accurate records, stays updated on employment laws, and produces management information to inform decisions. They contribute to policy development, support continuous improvement, and coach managers to enhance their capabilities in employee relations. The role requires strong case management skills, knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent communication abilities. Full UK driving licence and CIPD qualification or active pursuit of membership are desirable for candidates.
