Compliance Officer

As a full-time Compliance Officer, you will ensure operations comply with regulatory standards and promote a culture of integrity and safety. You will review policies, conduct audits, and implement staff training to reinforce best practices across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify compliance gaps, advise on controls, and drive process improvements. You will prepare management reports detailing findings, risks, and recommended mitigations, and participate in ongoing regulatory reviews. The role offers flexible work arrangements with remote work options and a structured Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. Key qualifications include strong analytical, communication, and detail-oriented skills, with a solid understanding of banking regulations and risk management.
