Senior Electrical Engineer

Lead the design, development, and validation of PCBA solutions for high-power power electronics and hybrid energy systems, including DC-DC converters and motor drives. Own schematic capture and multi-layer PCB layout using Altium Designer, and perform design simulations (SPICE, thermal, SI/PI) to ensure electrical, thermal, and EMC integrity. Optimize for manufacturability, thermal management, and EMC; provide hands-on prototype bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems teams to deliver fully integrated hardware, and author clear documentation for procedures and certifications.
