Radiology Technologist - Per Diem

Position and perform radiographic procedures according to physician orders, selecting the appropriate techniques and views.
Explain procedures to patients, ensure their comfort, and provide clear instructions to obtain accurate images.
Administer non-injectable contrast material when needed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
Operate stationary and portable x-ray equipment, process radiographs, and assess image quality for diagnostic usefulness.
Review orders with the care team, communicate findings as appropriate, and adhere to safety protocols and ALARA guidelines.
Maintain equipment, manage documentation, and participate in quality improvement and ongoing training.
