Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer

You will design, build, and productionalize predictive models that drive customer growth, engagement, and retention, with a focus on attrition risk and mitigation.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to power attrition predictions, risk explanations, and next-best-action recommendations.
Design scalable data pipelines for feature generation from structured and unstructured data sources such as product telemetry, usage logs, CRM, and sales activity.
Develop production-grade ML services and expose models through APIs or decision systems that support real-time and batch use cases.
Monitor model performance, implement drift detection, automate retraining, and measure impact to continuously improve outcomes.
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in model architecture, experimentation, and deployment across the lifecycle.
