Pre-Construction Estimator / Project Manager

Apleona is seeking a Pre-Construction Estimator and Project Manager to support planning and delivery of office fit outs and refurbishments. The role involves providing accurate estimates, quotations, and tender support for various projects, overseeing financial management, and managing operational activities. Candidates should have estimating experience within the commercial fit out sector, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating systems. Effective communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts are essential. A valid UK driving licence with personal vehicle access is required, with some flexibility in working hours.
