La posizione

Provide remote and deskside 1st line IT support in a Windows/Microsoft environment. Troubleshoot issues across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Outlook, and MS Teams. Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow, including ticket triage and escalation to appropriate teams. Support users via telephony and maintain high levels of customer service throughout the resolution process. Perform desk-side tasks at the tech bar and assist with general IT support duties as needed. This is a hybrid, 6-month contract based in Liverpool, with a 37.5-hour week.
