The role involves developing CNC programmes for various machining applications, supporting on machine setup and machining strategies, and applying advanced CAD/CAM expertise with platforms like Fusion 360, HyperMill, or NX. The engineer applies engineering judgement to solve manufacturing challenges, supports digital manufacturing initiatives, and partners with suppliers to utilise new tooling innovations.
