La posizione
Plan and execute high-impact events and tentpole activations to elevate brand presence.
Oversee 360-degree logistics including venue sourcing, invitations, catering, decor, experiential elements, and on-site support.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, process invoices, reconcile costs, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely payments.
Collaborate with Marketing Strategy, Visual, and Brand teams to align objectives and develop on-brand collateral and materials.
Coordinate legal, commercial co-venture, and talent agreements, as well as product or monetary donations for charity events.
Travel as needed to support events on-site; maintain trackers, master calendar, timelines, and post-event recaps for continuous improvement.
