La posizione
Provide vital administrative support to the Dispatch Support team for a gas utility.
Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient management of customer workload.
This is a temporary, hybrid role requiring on-site presence 1-3 days per week at the SJI Green Lane office.
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
Make outbound calls to customers to communicate scheduling details and coordinate resolutions; handle emergency calls with calm, clear instructions.
Apply strong problem-solving skills to assess situations and deliver effective resolutions.
