Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for online and offline needs, ensuring brand voice consistency.
Build and manage social media programs across multiple platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, Google Plus).
Monitor conversations and trends, perform social listening, and advise actions to protect and grow online presence.
Collaborate cross-functionally to publish content and regularly report insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
Support digital marketing efforts (CMS/content publishing, email marketing, ads) while maintaining guest service standards and a safe work environment.
