Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Based in London, you will lead the development of state-of-the-art DL/ML models and architect GenAI LLM/VLM solutions for behavior analysis and anomaly detection. You will implement reinforcement learning from human preferences to improve data collection and evaluation. You will design and deploy tools for user feedback analysis—multi-label classification, sentiment analysis, comment summarization, root-cause analysis, and trend analysis—working with product and research teams to drive impact. You will oversee production-grade models across a scalable fleet, ensure robust evaluation and monitoring, and guide the technical roadmap with PMs and TPMs. Qualifications include a B.S. in CS/Robotics/ML (M.S./Ph.D. preferred), 5+ years of hands-on ML experience, proficiency in Python and/or C++, and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace transformers; familiarity with Transformers and GenAI LLM/VLM is a plus.
