Drive profitable sales and new account development in the metals sector across the Midwest and beyond as opportunities arise.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans, build annual forecasts, and identify opportunities within current and new market segments.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing recommendations, and proposal writing to maximize margins.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and close collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
Support marketing initiatives, materials, and events to raise product awareness and assist distributor sales in the territory.
Travel up to 25% and perform onsite, ethical, organized, and results-driven work while promoting team collaboration.
