A plumber is required in Sunderland to undertake both planned and reactive plumbing tasks for a housing provider. The role involves working on water systems, including hot and cold water, pipework, and associated equipment. The candidate must possess NVQ Plumbing L2 or L3 and have a basic DBS check. The position offers a pay rate of £24.50 per hour plus a van and fuel card, with immediate start available.
