The role
A plumber is required in Sunderland to undertake both planned and reactive plumbing tasks for a housing provider. The role involves working on water systems, including hot and cold water, pipework, and associated equipment. Responsibilities include commissioning, servicing, cleaning, chlorination, and water hygiene monitoring in accordance with regulations and standards. The candidate must possess NVQ Plumbing L2 or L3 and have a basic DBS check. The position offers a pay rate of £24.50 per hour plus a van and fuel card, with immediate start available.
