Machine Learning Engineer II - Message Security Products

Join a high-impact team focused on preventing misdirected outbound emails by building robust, scalable ML-powered detection and prevention systems. Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data wrangling, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring for production-grade defenses. Design and refine embeddings, combine signals, run offline and online experiments, set thresholds, and perform targeted error analysis to drive reliability. Collaborate with product management, tech leads, and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into measurable product improvements and safeguards. Contribute to production readiness by developing detectors and rules, ensuring safe, scalable deployments, and maintaining thorough documentation. Participate in on-call rotation, address efficacy alerts and high-visibility false positives/negatives, and communicate effectively across time zones.
