A Community Staff Nurse position is available within a newly formed team to develop skills in District Nursing, providing holistic care to patients in their homes and residential settings. The position offers a full skills development and preceptorship programme, supporting nurses to become autonomous practitioners. The candidate must have appropriate UK professional registration and be capable of travelling within the trust’s locations. Previous experience in clinical areas like elderly care, community, or long-term conditions is desirable, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
