The role

The role involves working with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex healthcare needs, including medication, wound care, and end-of-life support, utilising advanced assessment and clinical skills. The position offers a full skills development and preceptorship programme, supporting nurses to become autonomous practitioners. The candidate must have appropriate UK professional registration and be capable of travelling within the trust’s locations. Previous experience in clinical areas like elderly care, community, or long-term conditions is desirable, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
