A HR People Consultant in Edinburgh provides expert advice on all aspects of employee and volunteer lifecycle management within a charitable organisation. The role includes delivering HR services, supporting change initiatives, and managing complex casework to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation. The candidate will assist with policy development, process improvements, and strategic projects, working closely with the People & Culture team. They should have experience in a similar generalist HR position with knowledge of HR best practices and change management. Effective communication skills and stakeholder influence are essential, along with experience in complex or not-for-profit environments.
