IT Support Analyst - Nottingham

An IT Support Analyst is required to deliver second-line IT support for staff across Nottingham, handling technical issues related to Windows 11, Windows Server, Networking, Office 365, and Intune. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems both remotely and onsite, and deploying desktop and server solutions. The successful candidate will maintain and optimise current infrastructure and support hybrid IT environments, including Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V, and Azure platforms. Strong networking skills such as VLANs, TCP/IP, patches, and firewalls are essential, along with a full UK driving licence and own vehicle for on-site responsibilities. The position is full-time and partly involves supporting other offices across the Midlands region. Technical skills required include experience with Windows 11, Windows Server 19/22, Azure, Intune, and network configuration, along with practical support experience.
