Cloud Operations Engineer

The Cloud Operations Engineer at White & Case is responsible for managing and supporting the firm's global cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Google Suite, and AI tools. The engineer must demonstrate excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, working effectively across multiple cloud platforms and with diverse stakeholders. They are tasked with improving operational support, resolving escalations, and contributing to the development of support capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
