Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

An experienced Estimator or Quantity Surveyor will prepare quotations from drawings, manage project costs, and oversee commercial aspects of construction projects. The role includes reviewing drawings, preparing bids and tenders, and evaluating subcontractor quotes. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of construction contracts, good negotiation skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel. The position offers the flexibility of home working with occasional site visits for valuations and inspections. The successful professional will maintain detailed records, work collaboratively with project teams, and assist in developing commercial systems. A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or practical experience in construction is preferred.
