Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting

The Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting will own GAAP-compliant financial reporting, month-end close, and consolidation processes to ensure accurate, timely financials as the company scales.
Own month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analyses, and prepare components of consolidated financial statements and internal management packs.
Maintain the general ledger in NetSuite, ensuring proper classification of expenses, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, and other core accounts under US GAAP.
Support internal controls, audit readiness, policy development, and documentation; help drive SOX-ready processes as the organization grows.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail, People) to ensure financial activity is accurately reflected and provide ad hoc analyses to inform decisions.
Collaborate on budgeting/forecasting, continuously improve close timelines and reporting quality, and deliver clear accounting insights in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer product environment.
