HR Specialist – Wolverhampton

The role involves serving as a full-time soldier with specialised training in human resources, complemented by military skills that differentiate from civilian HR roles. The position requires travel with the unit both domestically and internationally, providing unique experiences in various environments. Candidates will have the chance for advancement into specialised roles such as chartered accountant. To qualify, applicants must be between 16 years 6 months and 35 years 6 months, pass a fitness test, and hold GCSEs grade A D / 9 3 in English Language and Maths or equivalent. During initial training, participants will earn £26,334 annually and receive 30 days of annual leave plus additional leave entitlement.
