Azure Resource Administration: Provision, configure, and manage Azure resources—VMs, storage, networks, and databases—while monitoring usage and costs for optimization.
Azure Virtual Desktop Administration: Administer and optimize the AVD environment, manage user access and sessions, and perform regular maintenance.
User Support and Hardware/Software Management: Troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with external vendors.
User Permissions and Access Management: Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Office 365 Admin Center, enforce MFA, monitor security, and manage onboarding/offboarding.
Ticketing System Management and BAU Tasks: Oversee IT tickets, meet SLAs, document resolutions, and drive process improvements.
Automation and IaC: Develop scalable cloud solutions using ARM/Bicep or Terraform; automate with PowerShell and Python for repeatable, secure deployments.
