Die Stelle
The Senior Property Accountant maintains accurate financial records for a portfolio of industrial properties and supports property and asset management with monthly reporting and variance analysis.
Responsibilities include monthly bank reconciliations, posting accruals, reviewing and posting tenant charges, and processing accounts payable with correct G/L codes.
Manage accounts receivable, monitor cash receipts, bill recurring charges, and run recurring monthly rental billing reports aligned with budgets.
Prepare CAM reconciliations and assist with ad hoc accounting projects as needed in a flexible hybrid work environment; in-office three days per week in Hoboken, NJ.
Ideal candidates have 3-6 years of property accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS) plus Yardi software experience.
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and capable of working independently or in a team with excellent oral and written communication.
