Collaborate with product and engineering teams to capture the voice of the customer, influence the roadmap, and drive adoption of ML offerings.
Build and scale customer data science workloads across multiple domains by applying best-in-class MLOps to productionize models.
Serve as the trusted GenAI advisor for customers developing RAG architectures on enterprise knowledge repos, querying structured data with natural language, content generation, and monitoring.
Willingness to travel up to 30% and engage effectively in a customer-facing, pre-sales or post-sales capacity.
