Chemical Engineer – Southampton

A Chemical Engineer is required to support process safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement on an Upper Tier COMAH site in Southampton. The role involves providing engineering support for projects, modifications, and improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and plant reliability. Candidates are expected to have a degree in chemical engineering or a related discipline, with at least five years' experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of process safety, COMAH regulations, and process optimisation is essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Chartered Engineer status is desirable for this position.
