M&E Estimator – Stapleford Tawney

The M&E Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical and electrical projects, including labour, materials, and subcontractor services. Their duties include reviewing drawings and specifications, performing quantity take-offs, analysing quotations, and preparing competitive tenders. They collaborate with project managers, engineers, and the commercial team to ensure estimates meet project requirements and standards. The role also involves supporting value engineering, risk assessment, and maintaining accurate records for bids. Candidates should possess experience with estimating software, technical knowledge of M&E systems, and strong organisational and communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Stapleford Tawney.
