Management Consultant – People Risk, Intelligence & Diligence

The management consultant supports projects that involve psychometric profiling, executive interviewing, reference checks and information analysis for private equity clients. Responsibilities include report writing, client communication, and evidence-based recommendations, with a focus on professional development through training and qualifications. Candidates from diverse backgrounds in psychology, human resources, or organisational design, among others, are welcome, provided they possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They will work both independently and as part of a team, with occasional travel and remote working options.
