Professional Civil Engineer (PE) / Project Manager

Seeking a licensed civil engineer to lead projects from concept through construction. The Project Manager will oversee conceptual and full site plan design (grading, stormwater management, utilities) and prepare detailed specifications and construction documents for municipal infrastructure and private development. Responsibilities include developing recommendations, accurate cost estimates, evaluating alternatives, and identifying optimal engineering solutions. Manage financial tracking, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle; prepare public bid documents and contract packages compliant with local, state, and federal requirements. Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across surveying, GIS, planning, traffic, and landscape architecture to deliver integrated project outcomes.
