IT Support Specialist – Petersfield

The position involves providing 1st to 3rd line technical support to a diverse client base across Windows, Microsoft 365, and cloud services. The candidate will diagnose, resolve, and manage issues related to networks, security, and device management, utilising Microsoft security tools and deployment strategies. Skills in configuring Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Autopilot are essential, alongside troubleshooting network and server environments. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently or remotely. The selected individual must have at least two years' experience in IT support within an MSP or multi-client environment. Flexibility in work location is offered, with potential for remote work after an initial onboarding phase.
