Senior Industrial Engineer – Glenrothes

This role involves providing industrial engineering support to manufacturing plants, enhancing productivity and implementing new products and processes. Candidates will develop factory layouts, optimise assembly lines, and apply tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and simulation modelling. They are expected to produce detailed reports, collaborate across departments, and support strategic manufacturing initiatives. The ideal applicant will have a relevant engineering degree, experience with AutoCAD and simulation tools, and proficiency in analysis techniques. Strong communication skills and understanding of manufacturing cost drivers are essential for success in this position. Experience with SMT, site facilitation, and mentoring additional engineers will be advantageous.
